Digital Empowerment and Training Project: Successfully Completed
The “Digital Empowerment and Training for Rural Communities” project, implemented by the Highrange Development Society (HDS) with vital CSR support from the Federal Bank’s Hormis Memorial Foundation, was successfully completed and officially inaugurated on October 28, 2025. This initiative has significantly modernized HDS’s operations by introducing advanced digital infrastructure, including an interactive panel for dynamic community training sessions with SHGs and tribal groups, and three new Intel Core i5 desktop systems to address key administrative challenges. These technological enhancements have already led to improved learning outcomes for over 7,000 beneficiary families, greater data accuracy and transparency, and enhanced staff productivity. The project stands as a visible testament to the Federal Bank’s strong CSR partnership and enduring commitment to the holistic development of the Highranges community.
