The Micro Enterprises Development Programme (MEDP), conducted in partnership with NABARD, is a key component of the society's livelihood interventions. These 15-day training programs cover a diverse range of skills, including dry fruit and vegetable processing, tailoring, embroidery, honey processing, beautician services, plumbing and wiring, and mobile servicing. Each batch consists of 30 women, and over the past eight years, the society has organized 33 MEDPs. The society also received support from FVTRS, Trifed-Bangalore, the Fisheries Department, and Caritas India for various training initiatives and the placement of trained individuals. Our main MEDP programme are: Dry fruits, Honey, Training on tailoring, Beautician Course, Mobile servicing, Plumbing and wiring.
