Livelihood and Enterprise Development Programme
The Livelihood Enterprises Development Programme (LEDP), organized in collaboration with NABARD in Marayoor, successfully trained 90 tribal women in hill broom making. The program significantly enhanced the quality of the brooms produced and introduced professional manufacturing techniques. Moreover, the initiative facilitated the branding of these unique and high-quality brooms, potentially opening new market avenues for the women's entrepreneurial ventures.
