HDS Expands Operations to Arunachal Pradesh with New Regional Office

The Highrange Development Society (HDS) has extended its operational footprint by opening a new regional office in Gumto III, Doimukh, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. This strategic expansion marks a significant step toward reaching some of the most underserved communities in the region.

HDS aims to address the distinct needs of local populations in areas such as Ziro Valley, Gumto, Raga, Seppa, and Murimugli. Recognizing Arunachal Pradesh as a predominantly tribal state, the organization is placing a strong emphasis on tribal development through well-structured and community-centric initiatives.

With a long-term vision for sustainable progress, HDS is focusing on the socio-economic advancement of the Nishi and Apatani tribes. Key areas of intervention include livelihood enhancement, promotion and marketing of tribal products, the establishment of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and the implementation of various other targeted development projects.

By fostering economic empowerment while preserving the rich cultural heritage of these communities, HDS strives to create a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of the tribal populations in Arunachal Pradesh.
